This route is the perfect way to see the
Stockholm archipelago from the water.
Over the course of a week, we will pass through the most beautiful places: cosy natural bays, peaceful forest islands and lively yacht marinas.
Grinda and Finnhamn with their northern
nature, the legendary Sandhamn - the centre of
sailing life in the archipelago, a night in the quiet
natural bay of Nämdö and atmospheric Utö with its
history, beaches and Scandinavian charm await us.
The route is designed with comfortable transfers and new experiences every day : navigation in the skerries, swimming, walks around the islands and evenings in the marinas.
This is a journey about the sea, nature and the feeling of true freedom under sail.

Stockholm, Saltsjö Pir
Our journey will begin at Saltsjö Pir marina in a
cosy coastal area not far from
Stockholm. After settling in on the yacht, you can stay near the marina, take a walk along the waterfront, have dinner at a restaurant, and calmly prepare to set sail. Or you can go to the city centre. The electric train near the marina will take you to old Stockholm in about 30 minutes.
On the first day, we will check into the yacht, buy provisions and
get to know the crew.

Saltsjö Pir → Grinda, 16 миль ~ 3,5 години
Grinda is a peaceful green island in the heart of the archipelago,
known for its pine forests, clear water, and cozy guest harbor.
Here you can stroll along nature trails, go swimming, or dine at a restaurant by the water, experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the Swedish skerries.
It is worth climbing up to the observation deck at a height of 35 meters to see the surrounding islands.

Grinda → Finnhamn, 12 miles ~ 3 hours
Finnhamn is a real garden island and one of the most beautiful spots in the archipelago. Here, you'll want to walk along forest paths, discover cosy bays, swim in clear water from rocks or beaches, and climb higher for photos where the islands scatter across the sea like pearls.
And in the evening, enjoy dinner at Finnhamn Café & Krog and
a peaceful sunset over the archipelago that will
remain in your memory for a long time.

Finnhamn → Sandhamn, 15 miles ~ 3.5 hours
Sandhamn is one of the most famous islands in the Stockholm archipelago and a real hub for sailing. It is home to the Royal Yacht Club's large marina, many restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as beautiful sandy beaches with access to the open Baltic Sea. The island attracts visitors with its lively atmosphere, yachts from all over the world and the opportunity to experience the true spirit of Scandinavian yachting.

Sandhamn → Nämdö, 12 miles ~ 3 hours
Nämdö is one of the most natural and peaceful
islands in the archipelago, known for its sheltered bays, pine forests and almost untouched nature. It is an ideal place to anchor, swim from a yacht and enjoy a peaceful
evening on board among the skerries. Here you can really feel the tranquillity of the archipelago, beautiful sunsets and a clear starry sky far from the city lights.

Nämdö → Utö, 18 miles ~ 4 hours
Utö is an island where nature, history
and authentic Scandinavian spirit come together. Here,
you can enjoy walking among red houses,
visiting old mines, cycling
along the coast and swimming on sandy beaches
in the clear Baltic Sea.
In the evening, the island comes alive: restaurants, terraces and
soft lighting over the harbour create the perfect
atmosphere to end the day to the sound of the sea.

Utö → Saltsjö Pir, 22 miles ~ 4.5 hours
The last day of the trip is a calm transition back to the Saltsjö Pir marina through familiar skerries, a time to enjoy the sea and the views of the archipelago once again.
On the way, we refuel the yacht in On the way, we refuel the yacht in Saltsjöbaden and gradually return to base, remembering the most memorable moments of the trip. After mooring, we hand over the yacht, exchange photos, and have a farewell dinner, which concludes this maritime
adventure and leaves us wanting to return again.

At 9:00 a.m., we leave the yacht.
When to arrive
It is best to arrive at the marina on Saturday at noon,
but depending on your tickets, you can arrive
in the evening.
The first trip out to sea will be on Sunday
morning.
Return tickets can be picked up the following
Saturday morning, but we recommend leaving an extra day
to explore Stockholm.
